- No work begins until an advance payment is received (if applicable).
4. Payments
- Payments must be made as per the discussed schedule (Advance / Mid-Stage / Completion).
- Once production begins, the advance amount is non-refundable.
- Delayed payments may affect delivery timelines.
5. Order Changes
- Any change in size, color, design, or material after production starts may result in additional charges and extended timelines.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject changes after work has begun.
6. Timelines & Delivery
- Estimated timelines are shared during project confirmation.
- Delays may occur due to material unavailability, third-party logistics, weather, or unavoidable conditions.
- Installation timelines depend on site readiness.
7. Warranty
- Warranty terms depend on the type of product and material used.
- Physical damage, misuse, water exposure, or improper installation by third parties is not covered.
8. Responsibility & Liability
- We are responsible only for work done and materials supplied by Woodpecker Furniture Works.
- We are not responsible for electrical, plumbing, civil, painting, or other third-party work.

- All images, text, and designs on our website are our property or used with permission.
